Good mental health is crucial to our community, but there are barriers to care.

  • Mental Illness touches many people while at the same time everyone can benefit from mental wellness programs.

  • Barriers include the stigma of mental illness and low rates of support for treatment.

That’s why the MHA promotes mental wellness for the entire community and provides high quality treatment for those at risk.

  • We have mental wellness classes that are open to everyone.

  • We provide integrated care and support with recovery as the goal for those at risk

  • We let the community know it’s OK to get help.

We focus on prevention, early intervention, comprehensive treatment and peer-supported recovery.

  • Our walk-in care center includes mental wellness classes, free screening, and crises intervention, consultation with family members, referral and follow-up treatment.

  • Our drop-in recovery center provides safe, supportive and confidential peer-operated recovery resources.

Support from our community allows MHA to provide a high quality of care that is affordable for everyone.

  • We work within the community to reduce barriers to care, improve mental health and promote overall wellness.

  • Remember we need your help to provide a high level of service.
