Issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, and inter-personal relationship problems can have lasting effects on the health of your employees and your business. The MHA develops tailored EAPs to address a broad range of issues affecting the mental and emotional well-being of your employees, benefiting the employee and the business alike.

The MHA offers confidential assessments, counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related problems. The MHA will also work in a consultative role with managers and supervisors to address employee and organizational challenges and needs.
