About the Event
A weekly 60-minute, 6-week structured psychoeducational class, which will focus on learning about factors which enhance or diminish self-esteem, helping participants improve assertiveness and set personal boundaries, improving thinking to promote body acceptance through establishing healthy lifestyle habits, and empowering participants to take charge of their lives and achieve a sense of balance. Can join at any time however PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
