“Love your body!” If you struggle with body image, this can sound like a great goal, but can feel completely impossible. Join us for a discussion on the role of body image on our mental health and how we can develop a relationship with our bodies that is comfortable, realistic, and sustainable.
Join the Mental Health Association at the IG Center for a series of informational presentations by the community’s leading mental health professionals. Enjoy refreshments and chat with the MHA staff while learning more about mental health services in your community.
