About the Event
Managing holiday stress is challenging during normal times, but even more so during a global pandemic. This presentation will help participants understand the stressors of the holiday season, how they might be amplified during the pandemic and strategies for coping so that the holiday season is meaningful.
Join the Mental Health Association at the IG Center for a series of informational presentations by the community’s leading mental health professionals. Enjoy refreshments and chat with the MHA staff while learning more about mental health services in your community.
