About the Event
This Psycho-Educational class consists of 6 weekly, 60-minute sessions designed to help you:
• Improve ability to cope with symptoms of anxiety, depression, as well as feelings of irritability and restlessness.
• Learn coping skills to effectively manage distressing emotions and situations.
• Increase feelings of compassion towards one’s self.
• Promote overall well-being.
