The MHA Turns 60!

Vero Beach, FL –

The Mental Health Association in Indian River County is celebrating their 60th Anniversary in Vero Beach this year. The August 1st celebration will begin at the Walk-In & Counseling Center and “Our House” Drop-In Center’s Open Houses from 9am-5pm. The fun will continue at BigShots Golf for their official Birthday Par-Tee from 5:30-7:30pm.

The Open House at both the Walk-In and Drop-In Centers in Vero Beach will give the community an opportunity to learn more about the MHA in Indian River County and the services it provides. Birthday cake and refreshments will be provided for all who attend. The Par-Tee at BigShots Golf will include 1-hour of play, golf contests, an endless appetizer bar, and more.

“We are honored to serve Indian River County and to be celebrating 60 years here in Vero Beach,” said Dr. Nicholas Coppola, CEO of the MHA. “We are thankful for all the support we receive from our generous community and look forward to many more years of ‘Breaking the Stigma’.”
